Luke Webster stands down as CIO of GLA

Luke Webster, the chief investment officer (CIO) at the Greater London Authority (GLA) and chief executive officer (CEO) at London Treasury Limited, has stepped down from both roles to take up the position of Bursar at Corpus Christi College, University of Oxford.
