The Northern LGPS pool is closing in on the creation of a collective investment into private equity.
The announcement was made by Paul Doughty chair of the Merseyside Pension Fund Pensions Committee in the fund’s annual report.
He said that the Northern pool is also close to formalising its governance arrangements.
