Local Pensions Partnership (LPP) has announced three key appointments to its investment team.
Colin Simpson has been appointed head of asset management (infrastructure) to ensure assets in LPP and GLIL meet targeted investment returns.
He was previously investment director at Amber Infrastructure.
Joining him is Katya Romashkan as portfolio manager in the infrastructure team and Matthew Course as client portfolio manager, who becomes a senior member within the strategy team.
Romashkan was previously with Balfour Beatty Investments and Course was with Legal & General Investment Management.
