LGPS Central, the pool for eight West-Midlands based funds with combined assets of £56bn has appointed Belinda Moore as non-executive director to its board.
Moore has a background in fast moving consumer goods, consumer services and healthcare across FTSE100 businesses and also holds non-executive positions at Benenden Health, Tipton & Coseley Building Society and housing association Moat.
Joanne Segars, Chair of LGPS Central Ltd, said: “Belinda’s appointment to our Board signifies our commitment to further strengthen our capabilities and ensuring robust governance. Her invaluable insights and strategic vision will undoubtedly contribute to the continued success and growth of LGPS Central.”
She joins Ian Armfield and Ciarán Barr who joined the Board as NEDs in November 2022 and long-standing NEDs Susan Martin and Joanne Segars.
