Plans by London Collective Investment Vehicle for an infrastructure investment fund are back on track.
Earlier this year, it was reported that the LGPS pool had paused its plans for an infrastructure offering due to governance changes.
However, a report to London Borough of Camden says that LCIV is “now in a position where they are engaging with funds on investment fund design and restrictions with the intention of launching the offering in Q4 2018”.
This would be via an outsourced manager for the first two or three years, and the process of finding a provider has already started, according to the report.
