Brexit delays could lead to the Comprehensive Spending Review being limited to just a year, the prime minister has warned.
Speaking at the Commons liaison committee, Theresa May said the review due in the autumn would be reduced to a one-year plan if a Brexit deal is not agreed soon.
She said: ““If it were the case that we were still in a position [where we] had not agreed the deal then it would be necessary for us to take a decision in relation to the spending review.”
