Trafford Council creates JV with housing association

Trafford Council has voted to create a joint venture with housing association Trafford Housing Trust.

The vehicle is set to undertake development of new housing in areas earmarked for regeneration around Old Trafford.

The initial development to be undertaken by the new partnership will be Tamworth Phase II, a site is located off Bold Street, Old Trafford.
