Lancashire seeks investment manager for subsidiary

Lancashire County Council has announced a tender to run its finance scheme supporting new businesses.

The council is inviting bids for investment management and investment fund management services to for its wholly-owned subsidiary Lancashire County Developments Limited (LCDL) and its Rosebud Fund – a finance loan and equity funding scheme for growing businesses in Lancashire.

The five year contract is worth £1.25m.
