Jeremy Randall has been appointed as the interim pensions manager for the London Borough of Harrow Pension Fund.
Randall announced his appointment on LinkedIn today (16 November). He succeeds Bola Tobun, who joined Harrow as the treasury and pensions manager in March 2023. Tobun has not yet disclosed her future plans.
Prior to this appointment, Randall worked as an interim pensions consultant for Harrow Council from June 2020 to June 2023.
Before his time at Harrow, Randall worked at the Royal Borough of Kingston Council from 1992 to 2017 in various roles, which included interim section 151 officer and head of finance, strategy and accounting and head of corporate finance.
The London Borough of Harrow Pension Fund is part of the Local Government Pension Scheme and has £954.8m of assets under management as of 31 March 2023. It is part of the pension pool London CIV, which manages £26.6bn in pooled assets.
